Stephen Gassman is the senior partner in the firm of Gassman Baiamonte Gruner, P.C., Garden City, N.Y. which limits its practice to matrimonial and family law. 

Ms. Baiamonte was admitted to the Bar in January, 1994. Since admission to the Bar, Ms. Baiamonte has been engaged exclusively in the practice of matrimonial and family law.

Joshua B. Gruner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware in 1997 and received an Advanced Honors Certificate upon graduation. 

Dari Last was admitted to the Bar in September, 2011. Since admission to the Bar, Mrs. Last has been engaged exclusively in the practice of matrimonial and family law. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 2007) and New York Law School (J.D., 2010).  

Byron C. Chou practices exclusively in matrimonial and family law,  leveraging his forensic and financial expertise in litigating cases involving high net worth, complex equitable distribution and asset valuation matters, and contested child custody and support litigation. He is fluent in Chinese and Taiwanese.

Karen Bodner is a 1977 graduate from Emory University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Bodner received a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1980, where she won first place in the Wormser Moot Court Competition.

Bradley's practice is devoted exclusively to matrimonial and family law. He is a skilled and zealous advocate in all phases of matrimonial litigation and handling complex, high-conflict matters involving custody, visitation, child support, maintenance, and equitable distribution.

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside in 2021. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2024. During her time at Hofstra Law School, Sarah was a student practitioner in the Youth Advocacy Clinic.
