On September 25, 2025, Byron Chou, vice chair of the Asian American Attorney Section of the Nassau County Bar Association will moderate a Dean's Hour CLE titled "Taking Hate to Court: Voices Against Anti-Asian Hate". The CLE,  scheduled for 12:30pm to 2:00pm, will feature a screening of the documentary "Voices Against Anti-Asian Hate" followed by a discussion with Professor Elaine Chiu of St. John's University School of Law, past-Chair of the Anti-Asian Violence Task Force of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and executive producer of the featured documentary.  To register for this CLE, please call (516) 747-4070 or visit https://www.nassaubar.org.

On July 11, 2025 and July 12, 2025, Rosalia Baiamonte chaired and presented a 2-part program titled "Advocacy in Action: Strategies for Persuasive Oral Argument" at the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section 2025 Summer Meeting held at The Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga Springs, New York. Ms. Baiamonte moderated a distinguished panel of judges and matrimonial/family law practitioners including the Hon. Jeffrey Sunshine, Statewide Coordinating Judge of Matrimonial Courts; Hon. Andrew A. Crecca, District Administrative Judge of Suffolk County; Hon. On February 13, 2025, Byron Chou presented a program with Louis Panariello, CPA/ABV/CFF of KLG Business Valuators and Forensic Accountants entitled "Matrimonial & Family Law Attorneys' Tools to Trace and Investigate Digital Assets & Cryptocurrency" to the Matrimonial Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.

On July 23, 2024, Byron Chou, as Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association New Lawyers Committee organized and moderated a roundtable program for the Nassau County Courts Summer Interns entitled "Career and Professional Development Strategies" 

On June 26, 2024 and July 10, 2024, Stephen Gassman presented a program with Justice Jeffrey S. Sunshine and Justice Richard Rivera entitled “Evidence in Matrimonial Actions and Family Court Cases” at the New York State Judicial Institute’s Annual Summer Training for New York State Judges.

On April 18, 2024, Stephen Gassman presented a program entitled “Matrimonial Update: Cases, Cases, Cases”, for the Nassau County Bar Association, and on March 4, 2024 for the Suffolk County Bar Association, with over 90 people in attendance at each venue.

On March 20, 2024, Byron Chou presented a program entitled "Cyber Threats, AI Security & Attorneys' Ethical Obligations" for the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court.

On January 10, 2024, at the NYS Judicial Institute’s New Judges School, Stephen Gassman presented a lecture on “Evidence for Matrimonial Judges”. 

On October 17, 2023, Stephen Gassman presented a lecture entitled “Civil Evidence Update” for the Nassau Academy of Law, Nassau County Bar Association. A similar program was presented by Mr. Gassman on June 7, 2023 for the Suffolk Academy of Law, Suffolk County Bar Association.

On October 11, 2023, Byron Chou presented a program entitled "Leveraging AI & ChatGPT in the Practice of Matrimonial & Family Law" for the members of the Matrimonial Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.

On October 20, 2018, Stephen Gassman lectured at Brooklyn Law School on Social Media and Technology in the Courtroom, at the Annual Fall Seminar for Attorneys for Children and Assigned Counsel Advisory Committee.

Joshua Gruner Moderated and Lectured a continuing legal education seminar for the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section, titled “Basics of Matrimonial Law Practice” in Melville, Long Island on October 19, 2017.

Stephen Gassman presented a lecture entitled “On Trial: The Preparation and Trial of a Matrimonial Action” to the Suffolk County Academy of Law on March 27, 2017 and to the Nassau County Academy of Law on April 20, 2017.

On September 12, 2016, Stephen Gassman addressed the Association of Supreme Court Judges of the State of New York at the Sagamore, Bolton Landing, N.Y. on “Matrimonial Update”.

From July 7-10, the firm participated in the 2016 New York State Bar Association Family Law Section Summer Meeting being held in Manchester, Vermont. Stephen Gassman is a former Section Chair; Rosalia Baiamonte serves as an Officer, Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee and is the Program Coordinator for the Summer Meeting; Michael Daab has been reappointed to serve in his capacity as the Representative of the Tenth District; Josh Gruner has just been named Co-Chair of the Membership Committee.

On June 10, 2016, Rosalia Baiamonte Chaired and Moderated a continuing legal education seminar for the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section, titled “Understanding State & Federal Retirement Plans in Matrimonial Disputes” in Hempstead, Long Island (Hofstra University).

On March 30, 2016, Mr. Gassman addressed the statewide annual seminar of Family Court Judges in White Plains, N.Y. on the topic of “Use of Social Media in Family Court Article 8 Proceedings”.

On March 20, 2016, Stephen Gassman presented a lecture entitled “Evidence Update for Matrimonial Judges” at the annual statewide Matrimonial Judges Seminar in White Plains, N.Y. In addition, Mr. Gassman spoke at a seminar conducted by the Suffolk County Academy of Law on March 21, 2016 entitled “Evidence Update for Matrimonial Attorneys”.
