Collaborative Law

Collaborative Law
Gassman Baiamonte Gruner, P.C.

Several of our attorneys have been trained by The New York Association of Collaborative Professionals to represent clients in the Collaborative Interdisciplinary Law Approach.

We represent clients who wish to opt for an alternative path to resolving matrimonial issues and choose to utilize the Collaborative process rather than traditional divorce.

Within the Collaborative process each party retains separate, specially trained attorneys to represent them while committing to resolving issues fairly without the threat of going to court looming over their heads.

The parties and their attorneys will also frequently work with a financial professional and a mental health professional to assist them in resolving the various issues parties confront when getting divorced. Everyone involved in the Collaborative process commits to cooperating with one another to bring an amicable resolution to the marital difficulties without resort to litigation.

For more information on the Collaborative process, please contact our office for a consultation with one of our specially trained attorneys: Rosalia Baiamonte, Joshua B. Gruner and Michael C. Daab.
