On May 8, 2020 and May 11, 2020, Stephen Gassman presented a virtual lecture, entitled "Annual Matrimonial Update" for the Suffolk County Academy of Law.

On January 15, 2020, Stephen Gassman lectured at the New York State Judicial Institute, Nassau 2020 Regional Program, on "Admissibility of Expert Opinion in Matrimonial Cases" at Hofstra University.

On July 13, 2019, Stephen Gassman lectured at the Family Law Section Summer Meeting on "Practical Evidence: Foundations and Evidenitary Tools" and "Interactive Evidence" (with Hon. Jeffrey S. Sunshine and Hon. La Tia W. Martin) at Saratoga, New York.

On March 11, 2019, Stephen Gassman lectured on “Matrimonial Law Update” at the Suffolk County Bar Association’s matrimonial seminar.

On October 22, 2018, Stephen Gassman addressed the Association of Justices of the Supreme Court of the State of New York at their annual seminar in Watkins Glen, NY, on the topics of “Matrimonial Update” and “Interactive Evidence".

On October 20, 2018, Stephen Gassman lectured at Brooklyn Law School on Social Media and Technology in the Courtroom, at the Annual Fall Seminar for Attorneys for Children and Assigned Counsel Advisory Committee.

Stephen Gassman was the speaker at a Webinar sponsored by the American Bar Association on March 15, 2018, on the topic of “Cross Examination”.

Rosalia Baiamonte Chaired/Moderated and spoke at a Seminary titled, “Critical Areas in Matrimonial Law: Ethics, Evidence, Separate Property/Commingling” on December 1, 2017 in Long Island.

Joshua Gruner Moderated and Lectured a continuing legal education seminar for the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section, titled “Basics of Matrimonial Law Practice” in Melville, Long Island on October 19, 2017.

Rosalia Baiamonte spoke at a Seminar/Webinar titled “Hope for the Best, Plan for the Worst: Live & Die by the Prenup” on October 17, 2017 in Albany.

Rosalia Baiamonte spoke at a Seminar/Webinar titled, “Forensic Accounting and Valuation in Matrimonial Matters” on October 10, 2017 in New York City.

Michael Daab moderated a seminar for the New York State Bar Association entitled, “Qualified Retirement Plans” on June 23, 2017.

Rosalia Baiamonte, Joshua Gruner and Michael Daab were part of the faculty presenting the New York State Bar Association Family Court Trial Institute on June 1, 2017.

Stephen Gassman presented a lecture entitled “On Trial: The Preparation and Trial of a Matrimonial Action” to the Suffolk County Academy of Law on March 27, 2017 and to the Nassau County Academy of Law on April 20, 2017.

On September 12, 2016, Stephen Gassman addressed the Association of Supreme Court Judges of the State of New York at the Sagamore, Bolton Landing, N.Y. on “Matrimonial Update”.

From July 7-10, the firm participated in the 2016 New York State Bar Association Family Law Section Summer Meeting being held in Manchester, Vermont. Stephen Gassman is a former Section Chair; Rosalia Baiamonte serves as an Officer, Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee and is the Program Coordinator for the Summer Meeting; Michael Daab has been reappointed to serve in his capacity as the Representative of the Tenth District; Josh Gruner has just been named Co-Chair of the Membership Committee.

On June 10, 2016, Rosalia Baiamonte Chaired and Moderated a continuing legal education seminar for the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section, titled “Understanding State & Federal Retirement Plans in Matrimonial Disputes” in Hempstead, Long Island (Hofstra University).

On March 30, 2016, Mr. Gassman addressed the statewide annual seminar of Family Court Judges in White Plains, N.Y. on the topic of “Use of Social Media in Family Court Article 8 Proceedings”.

On March 20, 2016, Stephen Gassman presented a lecture entitled “Evidence Update for Matrimonial Judges” at the annual statewide Matrimonial Judges Seminar in White Plains, N.Y. In addition, Mr. Gassman spoke at a seminar conducted by the Suffolk County Academy of Law on March 21, 2016 entitled “Evidence Update for Matrimonial Attorneys”.

On March 18, 2016, Rosalia Baiamonte Chaired and Moderated a continuing legal education seminar for the New York State Bar, Family Law Section, titled “The Basics of Business Valuation in Matrimonial Matters” in Uniondale, Long Island.
