Deborah A. Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of New Rochelle, where she graduated with honors. Ms. Kelly previously had a career with United Airlines;

Ms. Kelly received her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in May, 1993. While at law school, she received an award for excellence in legal writing and was a member of the Family Law Legal Clinic providing pro bono legal services for the community.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Kelly worked for an international insurance defense firm, handling medical malpractice cases. Since 2005, Ms. Kelly has devoted her practice to matrimonial and family law, having been an associate for Alexander Potruch, P.C. She joined the firm of Gassman Baiamonte Betts, PC as an associate in 2010. Ms. Kelly practices exclusively in the field of matrimonial and family law, handling cases involving complex equitable distribution, child custody and support issues and has appellate advocacy experience involving issues of post trial support and equitable distribution.
